Corrie's Martin Platt and Blur's Alex James.....

What do these two men have in common? Find out after the turn....

Bizarre as it may seem, both men make CHEESE. Alex James, Blur's bassist, famously has his own cheese farm in the Cotswolds where he makes Blue Monday cheese. And Sean Wilson, best known for his role as Martin Platt in Coronation Street before leaving in 2005, set up his own cheese business earlier this year, the Saddleworth Cheese Company.

Wilson, whose cheeses picked up three awards at the British Cheese Awards 2009 will be at Savile Park Deli, in Savile Park Road, Halifax tomorrow (20/11/09) promoting his cheeses.
