Gary Windass in the dock, in court where Shipman stood trial

30_01_david-gary-tina.jpgNext Monday (2 March) sees Gary Windass up in court following the fight with David. Tina has the dilemma of whether to tell the truth (that David threw the first punch), or to continue her lie that Gary started the fight, which will almost certainly mean that Gary goes to prison. On ITV.com today, a behind-the-scenes video features comments from the key characters.

Michelle Keegan says, "Tina's feeling very scared and very confused. She didn't want to lie, deep down, but she's got pressure from David and also she wants to get the Windasses out of their lives."

Reece Dinsdale says, "Joe's in the middle of a quandary because Len says he can have 19 kitchens to put in a new development, if he gets Tina to withdraw her statement. So he has a chat with her, and Tina admits the Windasses' version of events is true. So he tries to get her to tell the truth, without telling her about the 19 kitchens. He's very edgy because he has no idea what Tina will do."

Michelle Keegan reveals that there's a history to the court they used for the filming, as it's the one where serial killer Harold Shipman stood trial. "I've been really nervous filming the scenes because everyone's looking at you and its so silent," she says.

Looking forward to the trial - i hope Tina goes back to being feisty and fun and that David will learn a lesson from all of this! Tina and Joe are great with David and Gail, like a proper family and with Ted thrown in makes it all complete so I hope they wont be apart for long! Trial scenes will be good viewing.
