On ITV.com today you can get an early glimpse of the trailer which ITV will be running as the wedding of Steve McDonald and Becky Grainger approaches.
It's to be on Friday 13 March. We know Becky is superstitious about Friday 13th - she wouldn't fly to Tenerife with Jason on Friday 13 February, but maybe she can overcome her superstitions for the right man.
She's looking fabulous - Barbie-pink dress, tiara and a bottle of champagne clenched in her fist. Hayley is putting the finishing touches to the cake. And the groom looks dashing and handsome, if a little apprehensive. Who wouldn't, under the circumstances?

I must say I'm surprised at how fast they rushed the relationship and now the wedding. There were months spent on keeping quiet while the focus was on how nice Michelle was and how Steve would be hurting her, but the actual focus on Becky and Steve as a couple seems to be more minimal. Even now the focus is more on Liz undercutting Becky.
I don't know if they plan to keep Becky and Steve together but I do hope we're going to get a little break for them after the wedding where we just get to see them bantering, having fun, and being in love with each other.
Not such a good move to put the episodes against Comic Relief is it? Viewing figures will be well and truly dented. If I were ITV I would set it as an hour long rather than two separate episodes to avoid a big drop in ratings.
I've read the wadding is going to be full of twists and comedy, and cant wait for it, Steve and Becky are a great couple, comedy pair of the street!
How come soap couple have such speedy weddings? Not like the rest of us who take years to save, weddings happen in days or weeks.
I can see plenty of comedy and pathos with the Steve Becky pairing which is obviously why the writers have paired them together, it wouldnt have been so interesting with her paired up with Jason who she will always be far more suited to imo. I love the way Queen Liz's nose has been put of joint although there isnt much chance of Becky getting her name about the door as she is an ex jail bird like her husband.
The bad thing is it doesnt say what is going to happen which i really wanted to know as i cant wait for tv progammes.
