Molly and Tyrone split up!

"How could you distrust Tyrone?" This is the question Vicky Binns (Molly) reckons everyone is going to be asking.

In a video interview on ITV.com she describes how Molly ends up distrusting Tyrone so much that she leaves him. "Molly starts to distrust Tyrone because he is definitely lying. It's just a little niggle at first and I don't think she really believes he would lie or cheat or have an affair so she lets a lot slide. But then there's a new character called Minnie who comes in who's very flirty, and that gets a little bee in Molly's bonnet."

Of course, viewers already know that what Tyrone is really up to is helping Pam to sell dodgy stuff in order to raise money for the wedding, but things go wrong when he sells perfume to Minnie...

"Of course he smells of perfume," Vicky says, "the same perfume Minnie smells of, because he sold it to her."

Molly confronts Minnie. "There's a little bit of crossed wires," Vicky explains. "Minnie thinks Molly is talking about the scams, but it almost sounds to Molly like she's admitting to an affair." Once Molly discoveres the truth, she's still not happy. "In the end, it becomes more about the fact that he's scamming and he's managed to pull the wool over her eyes. The fact that he's managed to trick her and deceive her and do something behind her back has just gobsmacked her."

Vicky thinks everyone will be hoping these two are reconciled. "I think from the moment Molly and Tyrone got together they'd never split up, they just seem so right and they're such a good couple. But it's almost irresistible to make them split up because you want them to be together so much and you want it to be a happy marriage."

She won't say whether they do get back together again and whether the wedding goes ahead, but I would say from the evidence here and here, it most probably does!
