Last week we asked: did the identity of Rosie's kidnapper surprise you? And it comes as no surprise that it was a unanimous Nay. I liked Frank's comment: "Stape looks like he could be blown over by Sean Tully, let alone Rosie Webster." Old Ena agreed: "How on earth did he manage to get Rosie in the car anyway... into the house and up the stairs? She is young strong girl as tall as him."
So, moving on from this deeply implausible scenario, let's contemplate the colourful character who is Molly's Auntie Pam. I've picked up various rumblings about her in the Corrieblog comments, so I know quite a few people find her irritating and boring. But I wonder if she has any fans? I find her quite funny, particularly when she has scenes with Jack (currently on an extended stay in the Corrie cupboard) or that lovely scene she had with Blanche where they talked about milk-based desserts.
