Five episodes will be shown, and they'll cover 24 hours in the lives of the Corrie cast, 24-style, as the Carla/Liam/Tony story reaches a climax with the death of Liam.
The MEN says that three endings have been filmed so what happens won't be spoiled in advance, and it's definitely true that three different endings have been photographed (I've seen them), but whatever happens it's going to be unmissable viewing.

I always laugh when I hear that multiple filmings of an episode are made so that the story won't be leaked. If that were true then multiple filmings would have to be done for every single episode that follows for weeks afterward surely?

Should be the best storyline since Mad Maya, I hope they have some special things too (background music, special opening/closing credits ect.)
Filming 3 endings would be usefull for getting people on ITV.com, therefore boosting profits
Eileen: the MEN reports that three final scenes have been filmed - a variation of a scene might not make an overall impact into the overall storyline. For example, they might have filmed Tony pushing Liam under an oncoming vehicle, or Tony strangling Liam after a night at the Rovers, or Tony shoots Liam. The preceeding scenes would just build up the tension, and then the scenes following them would simmer down.
I'm really disappointed that Corrie are going through with this storyline. It's too much for one family. 2 brothers and a husband dead. and a switch at birth, poor old michelle!!
Liam could've just left without a bang, he's not that great a character.
Oh, what a shame, I shall be on my hols. I would have cancelled had they decided to kill off Michelle!
Thanks Sue - I believe you when you say Tony is in all 3 of them but I was always taught as a child to share and I think you should do the same. Ha ha ha
