Coronation Street book updated

You may remember this book, Coronation Street Saga. It's been out for about five years but it's recently been rereleased with the storylines from the last five years updated. The most interesting part of that update is that the storylines were summarized and written by our former editor, Flaming Nora, aka Glenda Young who has given us the heads up to blog it! Having said that, though, the main book was written by Katherine Hardy and the storylines, probably out of necessity, are brief, jump around quite a bit and there *are* some errors and glaring omissions over the 48 years' worth of storylines (although I'm confident that Glenda's bits are error-free!). The book is as thick as a doorstop but it's not a bad read. It's in the shops and on Amazon now in the U.K. and Amazon.ca seems to have the updated version listed (and I'm pretty sure it's softcover, not hardcover as listed there) but it's not available yet apparently. Keep your eye out for it!
