Former Coronation Street star, Denise Welch, celebrated her mid-century birthday this weekend. She, of course, played Natalie Horrocks Barnes on Corrie and now stars on Waterloo Road. Naturally, some of her fellow Corrie actors were on hand to help her celebrate including Charles Lawson (whom the MEN erroneously says played her husband on Corrie), Bev Callard (who did play Charles Lawson's wife!), Kevin Kennedy and Bruce Jones. The party was held at Bev Callard's bar, The Gallery Bar and Restaurant in Hale (No, the business isn't closed yet, apparently!) Denise looked smashing in a form fitting fuschia dress. Would that we could all look as good at 50!
