More news about David Platt's latest evil escapades. We heard previously that he's going to "totally destroy the Street." The Daily Star fills in more details today, in an article with the brilliant headline, "Psychoplatt!" It seems that David's weapon of choice will be a scaffolding pole (David and scaffolding should really be kept apart), with which he smashes up cars, windows, and even sets about genteel Coronation Street stalwart Ken Barlow. Where will it end? Her Majesty's Young Offender's Institute Larchfield, that's where, and not before time.
Will prison be the making of David, though, or could it make him worse? According to Jack P Shepherd, "He's bad to the bone and he's locked up with other, more hardened criminals. So who knows what new tricks he's going to pick up?"
