We start the new year off with this wonderful photo of Deirdre who's just opened her door to find her ex-cellmate Jackie Dobbs on her doorstep. Jackie was thrilled to see her mate at home but Deirdre, as you can tell, was less than excited. Little did she know that Jackie was looking for a place to stay because her husband had found someone else to warm his bed while Jackie was behind bars. Before long, Jackie's son, Tyrone, was crashing on the settee as well. Jackie is long gone but Tyrone has stayed on to become one of Coronation Street's favourite characters. I think that in the photo of Deirdre and Jackie, Jackie looked a lot like Kylie Minogue when she was on Doctor who!

Great pictures, Tyrone so young and Jackie so in your face. Deirdre should think back to those days to help her through her present (April '07 in Canada) dilemma.
