The Sun and the Mirror have both got similar stories today about a forthcoming Corrie scene in which Maria is trying on her wedding dress in a bridal shop. The Sun has pictures of Maria in the dress - it's not dissimilar to Sarah Platt's - and of Carla storming out of the shop, having apparently declared, "It's me Liam loves!"
The scene will be shown early next year, and an insider told the Mirror, "There'll be blood on the cobbles." What, more blood on the cobbles? They must be awash with the stuff by now.
