Today marks the last appearance of Wendi Peters as Cilla Battersby Brown. Coronation Street will be a quieter and less colourful place without her. She'll fit right in with the gaudy, overblown neon-ness of Las Vegas, though. A few weeks ago, the Sun featured a slideshow with photos of Cilla's "finest" moments including this one. Seconds later, the bath, the dog and Les and Cilla plunged through the floor and into the room below. The dog got the rest of the pizza. It was probably one of the funniest scenes on Corrie for me.

Can I ask - why is the water a brown dingy color in the photo? Okay, maybe I didn't really want to answer that one. After all, how often do we hear of Les taking a bath?
