Has to be Audrey, surely! She always looks so elegant. Liz is too slapper-ish to be called glamourous.
Currently, it would have to be Audry or Gail (mother-daughter combo?). Both are very atractive and glam up well. However, we're just a writer's pen stroke away from having some real hotties step into that role. Think about it. If either Rosie or Sophie Webster, or Warren Baldwin were to produce some offspring, That would make Salley and Frankie eligible and they are definitely HOT!
My vote goes to Liz, tarty or not. Since taking over the Rovers she seems to have toned down a bit.
Oh, you just know it HAS to be Blanche :P
