Jack Duckworth accuses Tyrone of theft

A stranger (yes, a stranger) comes to live with Jack and Vera.

Money goes missing.

Jack accuses Tyrone.

What a load of rubbish.

... my first thought was ... poor Ty ... he will be gutted! ... and then after reading your post, Peter, I got to thinking ... I, too, would find it hard to believe that Jack would accuse Tyrone ... and yet, looking back, time and time again, Terry was able to pull the wool over Vera's eyes ... he got the benefit of the doubt more times than not ... defying reason ... and I have to ask why? And it wasn't until the latter years that Jack really had the measure of Terry ... he, too, early on ... had blinders on. Time will tell if this storyline is a red herring or not ... but consider the possibility ... could Jack and Vera, in their advancing years, be so starved for 'family' ... that they accuse Tyrone when things go pear shaped before seeing their grandson for who he is? I suggest that it is possible. Unfortunately.

Utterly stupid (again). Jack would NEVER accuse Tyrone, after all he has done for them.

Tracy has mentioned the kidney on rare occasions. I remember her moaning about her pitiful life to Deirdre mentioning that she has to take drugs so her own body doesn't reject her (i.e. the kidney). No sight of a scar though even in her skimpy clothes.

No Tara, I don't think he has mentioned it - but then the kidney that Tracy got from Samir was never mentioned either.

After all Tyrone has done for them as well. I cannot believe Jack and Vera would be so shallow. Had Paul ever mentioned his kidney? The one Vera so heroically donated to the grandson she hardly knew.
