Wahey! It's Wednesday and time for another Yay or Nay. In last week's Yay or Nay we asked if Carla Connor should forgive Leanne Battersby and your reply was an overwhelming Nay. I was quite surprised, I have to admit.

This week we're wondering about Ma Grimshaw and jolly Jerry the Coronation Street kebab king. Pitted against Pat the Irishman, Corrieblog readers voted for Jerry instead of Pat as the man for Eileen. But, while you think that Eileen would be better off with Jerry than Pat, do you think that Eileen and Jerry would make a good couple and should they get together? I'm going to start this one off with a huge YAY because I'd love to see these two connect, if only to see the expression on this person's face. What do you think? Get voting now on this week's burning question.
And remember you can vote Yay or Nay across some of the other Shiny sites at Catwalk Queen, Dollymix, Kiss and Make Up, The Bag Lady, Shoewawa, Trashionista, Shiny Shiny, Hippy Shopper and Bridalwave

Yes. They'd be a good double act.
Yay, it'd be good to watch.
NAY! NAY! Please dont involve one of the best Characters/Actress on the Street with one of the most boring families to hit the Street since the Claytons in the late 80's.
I'd say YAY except I really have a gut feeling that the Mortons are not going to last. they just haven't seemed to have caught on. I think Eileen is doomed to have one failed relationship after the other.
Not having seen the Mortons yet it is hard to say, but I think that Eileen and Jerry would make a great couple. Plus I think that she would bring some order to those awful kids he has.
NAY. Only because the family are poor and i want them axed. NOW.
Yay !
However, I think that Jerry should get rid of half his family - plenty of others have just disappared so why not Grandad and a couple of the kids - just keep the one who wants to be a policewoman.
Yay - and keep the family. I think there could be a good step-family relationships story-line there.
Yayyyyy
Nah. Set Eileen up with a regular good guy. She deserves the best, I think.
Nay please Nay Eileen deserves much much more
