Johnny Briggs interview

There's a nice little interview with Johnny Briggs in the Manchester Evening News that talks a bit about what he's been doing since he "retired". As you recall, Johnny, who played Mike Baldwin on Coronation Street for thirty years, left the show last year in a very sad storyline that had Mike develop Alzheimer's and die of pneumonia in Ken Barlow's arms. In this interview he talks a little about his role in new ITV soap, Echo Beach and looks forward to Panto season in Manchester this year.
