Ooh, it's been ages since we had a good moan on a Monday. And this week I'm feeling crabby about cabbies. Will Coronation Street ever let us into the secret of fat Brenda from Levenshulme? Steve McDonald mentioned her again last week but will we ever see her? And just how fat is she? Are there any other Coronation Street characters who have been mentioned but never seen? I can only think of Yana’s fella, Big H. I’m still living in hope he’ll turn up on the cobbles one day. Mind you, just having Yana back would be a start for now.

Boris hasn't been seen for ages, though he still gets a pretty regular namecheck. And though not never seen characters, how about giving us the chance to spot Ken in his favourite haunt of the Library, or Blanche holding court at the One O'Clock Club?

No offence to anyone, but do you think that people in Levenshulme refer to Eileen as Fat Eileen from Weatherfield?
Didn't Les mention a son we've never seen? Maybe that was a setup for a future plotline that won't materialize since Les is gone from the show.
We've met Les's son he was a character called Greg Kelly who had an affair with Sally helped her steal from Mike Baldwin. They moved in together and then he stole Sally's inheritance from her mother and tried to kill her.

Nellie Fairclough and Phyllis Roberts (Len and Alf's first wives, respectively) were never seen. I don't think Mr Papolopogos (Leonard Swindley's boss) was ever seen either.
