Kym Ryder in a panic?

In a very interesting interview with Kym Ryder in the Mirror this week, Kym reveals that she has suffered nasty panic attacks in the past. She had the first one while driving and it shook her up so much, she never drove again for years. Sometimes seems to have clicked last year when she turned 30, getting help for them and getting the job on Coronation Street really seems to have centered her a lot. She also says she had bulimia for awhile as a teen and was bullied as well. It sounds like she had a rough go of things for a long time. She's now married to Jack Ryder, who used to be on Eastenders as young Jamie Mitchell! She's also got a workout dvd!
