Corrie's best ever jilting

There have been many Corrie jiltings over the years and I was almost, almost, going to blog Mavis jilting Derek jilting Mavis. But that comes a close second to my favourite jilting ever when Jason Grimshaw ran out on Sarah Platt. It wasn't the fact that he had cold feet and did a runner, it's the fact that that he did the runner through the church toilet window that makes the best jilting ever on Coronation Street.

I would put Sharon Gaskell jilting Ian Bentley at the alter quite striking, which she did. Smacked him a good one as I recall.
