Helen Flanagan, my how you've grown

Last week, we posted photos of a young Richard Fleeshman and marvelled at the handsome young man he's become. This week, we look at Helen Flanagan, who joined Coronation Street in January 2000, replacing Emma Collinge who played Rosie most of her life. Helen was just 9 years old at the time but already had some television experience in advertisements and had attended a theatre workshop school for several years. Look at Helen now! Wow! She's just 6 months younger than Richard Fleeshman who played her on screen boyfriend Craig. They got on well together but unlike Rosie, Helen wasn't too fond of Goth music! Brooke Vincent, who plays Sophie Webster, is actually nearly 3 years older than her character. Brooke was born in June, 1992 and Sophie's birthday is November 4, 1994.
