Remember the cult of Nirab on Corrie? I’m sure Zoe Tattersall won’t forget it in a hurry. Actress Joanne Froggatt who played Zoe has really shone since leaving Coronation Street and it wasn’t until I read her biography after she played Joanne Lees in Murder in the Outback the other week on TV that I realized just how prolific her acting career has been since leaving the Street. Joanne’s appeared in loads, and I mean loads, of TV series including Rebus, A Touch of Frost and Life on Mars. She’s also starred as Myra Hindley’s sister in the 2006 drama See No Evil: The Moors Murder.

I've been watching Life on Mars and was pleased to see Joanne had a part in some of the episodes!
Wasn't the Nirab so called because it was an anagram of Brian (as in Brian "The Axeman" Park, the show's notorious 1997-98 producer)?
