Tvor did a brilliant character study on Sally Webster the other day, and I wonder how long it will be before we hear Mrs Webster screech: "The Webster residence, Lady of the house speaking!" down the telephone. With a henpecked husband, children being pushed into education, a house in pristine conditon (according to Sean Tully, at least) and an ever-present derision of the neighbours, the similarities between Our Sal and Hyacinth Bucket are numerous. But does Sally really have what it takes to allow the Webster family to become bonafide members of the Weatherfield hoy-poloy? [Elsie Tanner]

You're right! All that's missing are the constant calls for Chinese take out!
Sally definately has Hyacinth tendancies. I love both characters!
