The Daily Star says that Claire Peacock is going to get more than she bargained for when she trains and starts work as a phone cousellor. Zoe Henry (pictured) plays Casey, a young woman struggling to come to terms with the death of her baby. She finds a shoulder to lean on in the form of Claire Peacock, who has become a phone counsellor. However, the paper says that things take a more sinister turn when Casey starts stalking Clare on Coronation Street and won’t leave her alone. Oh 'eck!

We've had a few similar stories, lately - Kelly with Becky, and Sarah with the creepy mother of Bethany's father who befriended her. Maybe too many of this sort of thing.
Yes Becky was the first thing that sprang to mind but perhaps they'll present it quite differently.

To me it sounded like a story from - excuse the bad language - East Enders, when Kathy from the cafe joined the Samaritans hotline. Mind you this was years and years ago. Didn't she go a bit loopy after that?
What sinister things can she do now? Dangle Claire's baby off the church tower? Frame her for a crime she didn't commit, while she tries to seduce Ashley? The writers are going to have to dig on this one.
I don't thikn she's going to be quite as attractive on Corrie, they've made her look really dull.
Don't you think that Claire and Ashley should just slope off and leave Corrie now.
