In 1963, Jerry Booth married Myra Dickenson. Jerry was keen to give the role of Best Man to his cycling buddy, Vincent (second from the right), but Myra reckoned Dennis Tanner was the best candidate and he got the gig. He looks really familiar and then it came to me! its Geoff Hinsliff who went on to play Don Brennan and after a bit of research a character called Eric Bailey!
