Denise Black played Corrie crimper Denise Osbourne on Coronation Street for four years, and she had an affair with Ken Barlow (but hey, who hasn’t?). You might recall that Denise and Ken had a son, Daniel – but does anyone know how old he’d be now and wouldn’t it be great if he returned to seek Ken out and cause the Barlows even more bother? Anyway, here’s a fab picture of Denise Black when she played a young Pat Phoenix (with Sue Johnston who played the elder Pat) in the 1998 film The Things You Do For Love. Denise will be starring on stage soon at the Royal Court in The Seagull, alongside Art Malik.

Denise Black was in Corrie from 1992-1996, so I'm guessing Daniel will be at least 10 now. I'm sure he'll turn up one day.
If hes only about 10 it may be worth waiting a few years until he is a teenager when they will have more storyline scope for him. I'd like to see him back to expand the Barlows but I couldn't really imagine Ken with a son that young, especially with his grandson being about 19!!
He was born in 1994, so he would be 13 at the most.
This is a certainty that Daniel Osbourne will turn up at some point. Guaranteed. I just wonder if Denise will return as well?

I am so glad you posted this subject...I have been wondering that as well...It seems Ken's kids scamper off don't they? Now that Ken is wanting a quiet life with Deidre (well after Tracy is shipped off to prison) this would be great if his other long lost son Daniel showed up. I remember this storyline back in 95 when I first started watching Corrie on CBC.
Daniel could be played a devil worse than David Platt!
Lol so if Ken son is that young that must mean that he is at least 50 years older (is that right) by the way I love Pat on the top and with her ways of posh!!
