I enjoyed this little exchange tonight: Rita: "Are you still a vegetarian?" Rosie: "Yeah, it's a lifestyle, not a fad." Rita: "Do you eat fish?" Rosie: "No I'm a vegetarian."Rita: "Oh I'm sure we'll sort something out." And it was very easy to remember what it reminded me of: "Do you eat wafer thin ham though?" from the wonderful Liz Smith as Nana Royle to Anthony's posh (she was from Altrincham) veggie girlfriend Emma. Of course Corrie featured in The Royle Family, along with other TV greats. [Linda]
