RE: the sort-of Bono pix of Bradley Walsh, I'd be more inclined to say GEEK rather than Bono!
They are a bit odd, aren't they?
Nothing like ''Sir'' Bono, even with the shades. Bad hair style , maybe. But Walsh is a good actor, very much in the syle of Briggs, which made him believable as Baldwin's son. Same rough talk, same charm; in fact I felt his presence carried a lot of weight on show & his absence will be a loss. Faced with moral dilemmas, you could see the doubts as they flickered across his tough face. But he's not the ''bad guy'' really in all this, he's a schemer, yes.Yet he has a conscience in there somewhere. But he's been out-maneouevered by the likes of seasoned pros like Leanne, etc, all of whom were far less interesting to watch. So he's not a Saint in his private life? No kidding!!!! I personally see him going far. He picked up the tempo of Corrie, which I've watched since childhood in Bristol, like few others have managed to.Corrie is a one-of that has stood the test of time; why can't we keep/obtain one actor of this pedigree in a show that so many depend on?
