Ska Theme Tune

One of the earliest items on Corrieblog was this wonderful ska version of the Coronation Street theme tune. Because it’s so good, I thought we’d post it again.

This is music to warm the cockles of your heart.  It’s a reggae / ska version of the Coronation Street theme tune and it had me rocking in my chair when I heard it just  now.  It’s an instrumental by Izzy Royal from 1983 and you can listen to it online here.   If you’re not tapping your foot and nodding your head by the end of this absolutely cracking little tune, then you’d better check your pulse because you surely must be dead.
