Freaky Phantom on Set

In the Daily Mirror Celebs magazine, Debra Stephenson, who plays Frankie Baldwin, says she thought there was a phantom farter on set that turned out to be Bradley Walsh, who plays her on-screen devious husband Danny Baldwin.  Debra told the magazine: “Bradley trips up all the time, he’s the clumsy type. He is so hilarious to work with, he’s like a kid at school that never stops messing around.  One of his funniest jokes was when I was filming a scene in the hallway of our Corrie house with Lynne Pearson (Carol) and Rupert Hill (Jamie) and we heard a huge raspberry sound behind us.  It was so loud we all freaked out.  We didn’t think it could be Bradley because he was filming on the other side of the door but it turned out he’d found a way to get through one of the other houses and into ours.  He’d film his shots then sneak back and make these awful noises.  Until we found out it was him we thought we had a phantom farter on set.”
