Carol’s home alone at Frankie’s house with half a bottle of wine in the fridge. She tries to resist but it’s got her name on it and she downs it before filling up the bottle with water to hide her tracks. Jamie smells the alcohol on his mother’s breath and after a showdown between mum and son she finally admits she’s an alcoholic.
Things turn nasty between Dev and Sunita tonight. Sunita tells Shelley that she threw the idea of the abortion at Dev in the heat of the moment to hurt him. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Dev breaks down when the two baby cots arrive and he rings his solicitor to try to get an injunction to prevent Sunita from aborting the twins.
When Claire takes her car into Kev’s garage for repair, Nathan takes on the work which means turning down an afternoon of passion with Tracy Barlow. This is not the sort of news that Tracy takes lightly, as you’d expect.
